We are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – North India, to be based out of Delhi NCR and supporting our client, PSI 

 Key responsibilities

1. Create a database of Immigration Agents, Educational Consultants, High School counsellors and Training & Placement Officers (TPO) of Higher Education institutions in North India 
2. Imparting product training to the stakeholders through webinars, events, training sessions and in person meetings 
3. Participate in events to increase reach to counsellors/TPOs. Work with schools and colleges to develop more information or support to schools to drive greater visibility for the test.
4. The incumbent will attend education fairs and recruitment events across India to meet and encourage students to take the Skills for English test. 
5. Help in BTL marketing to increase ‘Skills for English’ brand visibility.
6. The incumbent will work closely with colleagues across other regions and marketing functions for a seamless delivery of the project including conducting regional meetings  
7. Assist with consulting and creating an extensive test centre network in India
8. Gather market intelligence and be aware of the competitors

Qualifications of the Role 

1. Bachelor’s degree, and an MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Demonstrable (at least 2-5 years) experience in education industry (preferred)/any service industry.
3. Excellent human relations, organizing, planning, team building and motivational skills. • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Advanced written and verbal English language skills. 
5. Willingness to adopt a flexible working approach by working on weekends, or occasional public holidays, as and when required. 
6. Ability to undertake business-related travel in market

We are looking to recruit a Contact Center Manager / Executive, to be based out of Delhi NCR and supporting our client, PSI 

Key responsibilities

1. Manage all outbound calls to interested students, who have opted-in to receive more information about the Skills for English test.
2. Manage all incoming calls and emails, responding to all questions concerning the Skills for English test
3. Speak to the parents of interested students and clarify any concerns they might have regarding the test. 
4. Applying best practice, develop continuous improvement plans and make recommendations based upon customer feedback. 
5. Develop plans and offer insight and knowledge to the organisation on the use of new tools and technologies; Telephony, CRM and WFM to create a cost-effective operation consistently achieving contact handling SLAs
6. Act as the Voice of the Customer, championing change and improvements across the customer experience, drive change and influence future change/projects to support and achieve improvements in the customer experience.
7. Deliver cost efficiencies and increases in Customer Satisfaction Scores. 

Qualifications of the Role

1. Graduate / Post-Graduate from a recognized university  
2. A minimum 3-5 yrs. of work experience in Banking sales/Tele sales/Education Sales etc. 
3. Proven experience of leading a service driven contact centre operation with experience of managing an operation through periods of significant growth or change. 
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing and changing service operation.
5. The ability to engage with directors and managers at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives.
6. Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and over the telephone) 
7. A good command of the English language – both oral and written 
8. Experience in consultative selling. • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
